Our History
Founded over 8 years ago, Locus Estate has evolved into a fully integrated business with more than 50 employees, who deliver world-class services in the real estate industry.
Our first development was completed in 2017, a six-unit apartment residence in Accra. Since then, we have delivered over 50 residential units and commercial properties.
We are led by a highly experienced and entrepreneurial management team drawn from all sectors of the property industry with our founder playing a key role in the business. The team is committed to value creation and uncompromising quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
